Skechers Shoes

So, I bought the kids brand new shoes two weeks ago at JC Penney's.  One pair is already falling apart.  I am interested to see what the company will be willing to do to make it right.  Feel free to read the email that I sent the company below.  I will keep you posted on the outcome.

Hello.  My name is Dusti Burrows.  I am a loyal and faithful Sketchers buyer.
I have been so pleased with my Skecher's purchases that not I only purchase Skecher for both of my boys 2 & 4.  My oldest's very first pair of walking shoes were Skechers.  I really appreciate the quality of the shoes.  It takes the beating that my boys give them and keeps on going, still looking good and in good condition until they outgrow them.
I recently purchased two pairs of Skechers from JC Penney's in Fairview Heights, IL.  I purchased the Boys' Grenadier - Arcanum for my oldest boy and Boys' Afterburn for my youngest boy.  I purchased both shoes on the evening of April 29th, 2011. 
I am not as pleased with my purchase as I have been in the past.  I noticed on Friday that the velcro strap that closes the shoe is coming apart.  The actual velcro is already seperating from the backing.  I can provide a picture if requested to show that this shoe is in new and good condition with the exception of the strap.
In my experience, Skechers is a company centered on quality and value.  I sincerely hope that there is something that can be done to correct this situation.  I would very much like to continue being a repeat Skechers customer.
